Types of Waste We Process and Our Management Solutions

1. Household Waste (Urban Solid Waste - MSW)
It is a mixture of organic and inorganic waste from homes and commercial businesses.

  • Our solution: Using bag openers, trommel screens, and ballistic separators, we separate organic waste (for compost/biogas) and recyclable packaging with high purity, reducing the need for landfilling.


2. Packaging and Paper/Cardboard Waste
These are plastic, nylon, glass, metal, cans, and cardboard/paper materials that are generated after consumption.

  • Our solution: We provide fully automated Packaging Waste Sorting Plants (PWS) for classification, sizing with single-shaft crushers, and high-density, transport-ready packaging with horizontal/vertical baling presses.


3. Plastic and Rubber Waste (WTI)
End-of-life vehicle tires (ELT), PET bottles, industrial plastic bushings and pipes are examples of such products.

  • Our solution: We produce rubber chips using plastic crushing (granulator) machines; and we recover rubber by separating steel wires using heavy-duty double-shaft rubber shredding machines.

4. Scrap Metal and Electronic Waste (E-Waste)
End-of-life appliances include scrap aluminum/steel, computer cases, hard drives, and circuit boards.

  • Our solution: We ensure the separation of valuable metals from the system using scrap metal crushers with reinforced rotor structures (Redmonster) and precision 4-shaft shredders for electronic waste (Falcon).


5. Medical and Hazardous Waste
These are sharp and chemical wastes originating from hospitals, laboratories, and clinics that pose a risk of infection.

  • Our solution: We prepare waste for sterilization with our leak-proof MWB series medical waste shredders, or we completely and safely dispose of it with our Medical Waste Incineration Furnaces that comply with international emission standards.


6. Organic, Agricultural and Animal Waste
Examples include park and garden pruning waste, expired food products, slaughterhouse waste, bones, and carcass scraps.

  • Our solution: We prepare waste for composting and biogas with food packaging separation (depackaging) systems, organic waste crushing machines, and stainless steel bone crushers; we also offer animal incineration furnaces to mitigate the risk of epidemics.


7. Tree Root and Pallet Waste
The source of these materials in the logistics sector is nailed wooden pallets, forest waste, and thick tree roots.

  • Our solution: Using durable pallets and tree root shredding machines that are unaffected by nails, we turn waste into wood chips, and then, using magnetic separators, we extract metals, preparing the material for pelleting for biomass energy.

8. Textile Waste
Garment waste includes old clothes, carpet edges, and denim scraps.

  • Our solution: We size tough textile waste for recycled fiber production using high-torque textile crushing units that prevent entanglement in the blades and powerful baling presses.


9. Alternative Fuel (RDF) Waste
It is the use of non-recyclable but high-calorific waste as fuel in cement and power plants.

  • Our solution: We prepare high-quality RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) for industry with our single and double-shaft shredding systems that reduce waste to the desired precise millimeter dimensions.
