1. Waste Compaction and Baling Systems (Balers)

The most effective way to minimize logistics costs and maximize storage space at recycling facilities is by compressing bulky plastic waste. MT Makina baling presses are manufactured with high hydraulic compression power and heavy-duty steel construction.

  • Fully Automatic Horizontal Baler Presses: These PLC-controlled systems are designed for high-capacity waste collection and sorting facilities. They automatically feed PET bottles, nylon film, and rigid plastic waste from a continuous conveyor line, compress it to maximum density, and automatically wire it.

  • Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler Presses: Ideal for medium and large-scale recycling facilities with continuous material flow. Suitable for conveyor belt or bucket feeding, they enable you to obtain high-tonnage bales.

  • Vertical Baler Presses (Upright Presses): These are ergonomic, safe, and powerful pressing solutions used for compressing low to medium capacity plastic waste (stretch film, PET, production waste, etc.) in confined spaces.

2. Plastic Shredding and Crushing Machines (Shredder & Crusher Group)

Forming the heart of the line for unclogging compressed bales or processing loose waste, these machines shape even the most challenging materials into the desired form and size.

  • Four-Shaft Shredders: These are high-torque, heavy-duty shredders designed for bulky and resistant plastic blocks, automotive plastics, and industrial waste.

  • Single and Double Shaft Shredders: Provide maximum performance in the pre-shrinkage of block plastics, large pipes (HDPE/PVC), roll films, and sheet waste.

  • Plastic Crushing Machines (Crushers/Granulators): These are crushers with high-speed rotors that enable pre-crushing or directly crushable plastics (PET bottles, crates, nylon) to be reduced to desired millimeter sizes (e.g., 2 mm and above).

  • Mobile Shredding Systems: Mobile shredder units that provide logistical advantages, operate with capacities up to 15 tons per hour, and can be quickly deployed in different locations.

3. Separation, Screening and Conveying Equipment

The pure separation of different materials within the waste directly affects the final granule quality.

  • Air Separator Systems: High-tech units that aerodynamically separate light materials (nylon, labels, dust) from heavy materials (hard plastic, stone, etc.) in factory work areas.

  • Trommel Screen Systems: High-capacity rotary screen systems that enable the separation of crushed and processed waste according to size, and can also be designed as mobile if desired.

  • Magnetic Tape and Drum Separators: Safety equipment that automatically removes unwanted ferromagnetic metals such as iron and steel mixed in with plastic waste from the production line.

  • Industrial Conveyor Belt Systems: Durable feeding belts designed to handle bales and heavy materials within a facility, built to withstand harsh factory conditions.
