MT Makina Metal Waste Recycling Systems: Comprehensive Machinery and Plant Solutions
Recycling metal waste is one of the most critical building blocks of industry, both in terms of environmental sustainability and economic value creation. Proper processing of aluminum, copper, steel, scrap iron, and electronic waste requires high-tech machinery and equipment. At MT Makina, we offer turnkey plants, mobile and fixed integrated lines, and industrial shredding solutions to manage metal waste recycling processes with maximum efficiency. Below you will find details of our comprehensive machinery and equipment portfolio:

1. Metal Shredding and Crushing Technologies (Metal Shredders)
The first and most important step in metal recycling is reducing bulky scrap metal to the correct sizes. MT Makina shredders operate on the principle of high torque and low speed, easily shredding even the toughest metals.

  • REDMONSTER Double Shaft Metal Shredders: Ideal for coarse shredding of mixed scrap metals, aluminum profiles, and mild steel waste. The blade designs are manufactured from special alloys to withstand harsh wear conditions.

  • Four-Shaft Shredders (e.g., Falcon Series Concepts): Designed for high-capacity processing and achieving a more homogeneous output size. Enables the shredding of metal shavings, barrels, and electronic waste to the desired size in a single pass.

  • DATABER Hard Disk and E-Waste Shredders: These are specialized compact shredders designed for data destruction processes requiring high security (e.g., for the defense industry or government agencies) and for separating valuable metals from electronic waste.

  • REDMONSTER and CROTAX Mobile Shredding Units: For projects requiring flexibility on-site, high-capacity (up to 15 tons per hour) mobile crushing and shredding systems offer the possibility of on-site intervention.

2. Sorting and Classification Equipment
Precise separation technologies are used to purify crushed metal waste and increase its commercial value.

  • Magnetic Separators: Integrated into conveyor lines to quickly and automatically separate ferrous metals from non-ferrous metals and other waste within shredded material.

  • Air Separator Systems: Our air separator machines, which can be fully integrated into factory workspaces, use the principle of density difference to remove dust, plastic, paper, and light organic particles from metal scrap.

  • Drum Screens: Designed as mobile or stationary systems, drum screens enable the classification of metal waste according to desired sizes. They homogeneously size the material coming from the crusher, preparing it for subsequent stages.

  • Eddy Current Separators: These are advanced technology systems used to separate non-ferrous precious metals such as aluminum and copper from non-metallic materials (plastics, glass, etc.).

3. Transportation, Feeding and Storage Systems
If the heart of a recycling plant is its machinery, then its arteries are its conveyor and transport systems.

  • Heavy-Duty Conveyor Belt Systems: Our steel-tracked and rubber-belted conveyors safely transport cutting and heavy metal scrap to crushers and separators.

  • Vibrating Feeders: Ensure that the material is fed into the shredders and separation units in a regular, homogeneous manner without causing clogging.

  • Waste Storage Units: We offer robust storage solutions on an industrial scale, tailored to corporate demands and site conditions (such as large stations or factory sites), for the safe stacking of sorted or processing waste.

4. Turnkey Metal Recycling Facilities
Beyond individual machines, MT Makina installs complete Metal Recycling Lines. Custom engineering studies are conducted according to the customer's capacity requirements (e.g., 2 tons, 5 tons, or 15 tons per hour) and the type of waste to be processed.

  • Cable Recycling Lines: Fully automated facilities where copper and aluminum cables are broken down, separating the plastic from them to obtain high-purity granulated copper.

  • End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) and White Goods Dismantling Lines: Massive systems where large, complex scrap materials are shredded and sorted into iron, non-ferrous metals, and plastics.
