Silage packaging machine Corn, sorghum, triticale, sunflower, alfalfa etc. Forage crops such as are harvested at 60-70% moisture level. After the harvest is chopped into pieces of 20-40 mm, it is compressed and stored in closed environments without air passage. As a result of fermentation by lactic acid bacteria, the resulting forage is silage, which is juicy, delicious, nutritious and economical. Since the products buried in the silage pit deteriorate, minimum product loss is achieved thanks to packaging.

How does SILAGE PACKAGING MACHINE work?

Our Monster Silage Packaging Machines perform feeding, baling, net and stretch wrapping processes completely automatically. Production parameters such as bale density, number of stretch and net wraps, and feeding speed are adjusted from the machine control panel via the touchscreen PLC control panel, according to the product whose silage will be packaged. Thanks to its easy loading and folding hopper, it allows the material to be easily fed into the machine without requiring much labor. The speed adjustable conveyor transfers the materials to the press room, mixes them and protects them from blockages in the press room feeding area. The press chamber provides optimum pressure with rubber band. The net wrapping unit covers the bale completely with the net and ensures that it does not fall apart. The material recycling conveyor transfers the materials that fall from the press room or bale back to the press room. The lower conveyor belt carries the bale from the bale chamber to the stretch wrapping unit. During this period, the press chamber cover closes and begins to compress the new bale. The double-arm stretch film wrapping unit provides optimum wrapping to protect the materials from external factors. Depending on demand, the mixture can be made with a feed mixing machine mixer beforehand.
