Our Mobile Trommel Screens combine high production rates with ease of use in a robust, portable and versatile screening plant proven in construction and demolition waste, ideal for applications such as soil, recycling, composting.
Mobile Trommel Screen combines impressive design features such as screening drum of different lengths, discharging radial fine material conveyor with different heights. It has a steep-sided drum chamber and wide feeding opening. Thanks to the collection conveyor, material spillage and bridging are prevented. Screen drum replacement is very fast via the hydraulic sliding feeder. This way you can easily change different drum types.
Advantages of Mobile Tromel Sieve;
Mobile Tromel Screen sifts material by rotating it, usually with a type of shovel or rod running within the length of the sieve to catch and remove passing debris. Once picked up, the material falls back due to gravity, causing the material to break. This process is repeated until the debris is small enough to pass through the screen, with larger debris exiting the opposite end of the rotating drum. The bottom of the sieve consists of a fine soil, while the top of the sieve consists of rocks, roots, wood waste, etc., which are called discards, residues or garbage. There are two product outputs: Depending on the material and capacity, the bottom sieve outlet can be made more than once.

Fine particles fall into the powder pile conveyor. An oversized conveyor is optional and can be mounted on the existing chassis. The unit is powered by a diesel engine or field electrical supply. It is transported by pulling it with a tractor.
