MAGNETIC METAL SEPARATOR

  • High magnetic field range adapted to 24/7 continuous operation

  • Adaptable to all types of belt conveyors

  • Structure that ensures long service life of the magnet separator

  • Optimal adaptation to conveyor bandwidth and speed

  • Feed conveyor in desired lengths

  • Easily replaceable cutting blades

Magnetic and Electromagnetic Metal Separators designed for continuous operation;

The central magnet creates the magnetic field for the waste stream on the conveyor belt. Iron materials magnetized with opposite polarity are attracted by the magnet and thus removed from the waste stream. The separator's removal belt is equipped with transverse wedges that push the drawn ferrous metal towards the discharge point. Here, the intensity of the magnetic field gradually decreases, facilitating metal release. The traction force of the separator varies depending on many factors such as:

Type of Fe material to be removed;

Shape and size of Fe metals (cylindrical/spherical/flat);
Weight/volume ratio of Fe metals to be extracted;
The ratio between the size of the inert process material and the size of the Fe metal;

An on-belt electromagnetic separator is typically mounted or suspended on a conveyor belt or vibrating feeder. Can be installed diagonally below the material flow (diagonally) or parallel to it (inline)

Magnetic and Electromagnetic Metal Separator for metal separation applications;

On-belt magnets are suspended over conveyors to separate ferrous metal. Available in permanent magnet and electromagnetic designs. Recent investments in manufacturing techniques and magnet technology have enabled us to offer the most comprehensive range of on-band magnetic separators with the highest levels of performance. There are two types of permanent magnets that create magnetic fields of different intensities.

In general, it can be used in many different recycling applications such as Magnetic Metal Separator, Metal Separator, Metal Separator, Metal Separation Machine, Scrap Metal Separator, Electromagnetic Metal Separator, Electromagnetic Metal Separator, Electromagnetic Metal Separation Machine.

Ferrite Magnets;

They offer greater depth of field and work efficiently even at great distances from the conveyor belt. They are typically used when the size of the wrought ferrous material to be separated is over 30 mm. It has the best quality and price ratio.

Neodymium Magnets;

They are significantly stronger than Fe magnets and therefore guarantee maximum induction for the removal of ferrous materials. They work best when working short distances from the conveyor belt. Their use is recommended when the wrought ferrous material to be extracted is smaller in size.

Advantages of Magnetic Metal Separator;
Permanent magnetic strip metal separators and electromagnetic metal separators are used to remove unwanted metals from conveyors. Above-belt metal separators; It consists of main magnetic block, tape separator, tape ring, motor and magnetically insulated steel chassis. The steel chassis of MS and EMS series magnetic separators is magnetically insulated and does not attract unwanted metals around it. They are produced in different capacities depending on the application.
